HELLO More Please Subscribers!! Thanks so much for joining me here and supporting the creation of this newsletter! Without you I wouldn’t be able to do any Dinner Parties, so thank you! This week I am of course sharing a shopping list for The Picky Tea one along with THREE brilliant recipes.

As some of you may have seen last week I did my first Pop Up Dinner Party and it was bloody great. I served a couple of DP classics - Hash Browns with Stracciatella and Tomatoes and Stuffed Peppers, but my main course was something a new. Lasagne Alla Portofino aka Pesto Lasagne is a dreamy summery lasagne packed with fresh, fragrant pesto, béchamel and mozzarella. I am thrilled to be sharing the recipe with you guys EXCLUSIVELY and I highly recommend you try it, it’s a belter.

And then we have two other perfectly seasonal recipes for ya. First up in Classic RMPQ that came BEFORE that viral feta sauce on Tiktok. It’s Cavatelli with Roasted Tomato, Mascarpone and Mint. The sauce comes together in the tin you use to roast the tomatoes and it is super fresh, light and absolutely delicious, not to mention very easy.

Finally, I am so grateful for peach season and wanted to share my favourite quick lunch with them - Peach Flatbread with Avocado, Feta and Green Chilli. It’s so, so good - like a ray of sunshine on a plate, plus there are loads of variations of it that you could make.
