Hey everyone! Hope you’re all having a wonderful final week of May. I’ve spent the day planning June’s episodes am so looking forward to next month’s recipes. We’ve got highlights to look forward to such as whole salt-baked fish and raspberry and coconut semifreddo, not to mention fried chicken.
I thought I would let you know I have also done a little reorganise of The Recipe Archive as it was getting a bit wild. I’ve now broken it down into the following sections so it is a little bit easier to use like an index of sorts.
It’s worth mentioning that well over half of the recipes (172) in the archive are for paying subscribers. So if you have ever been on the fence about upgrading, please know there is so, so much value in it, not to mention hard work and a lot of love.

I am, as ever, so thrilled to be able to write these recipes, create these menus and dinner parties and generally do this job. I’ve even written a bloody book on it now!!!! Going through the archive always makes me feel so proud and grateful.
