Hi Susannah, I am so sorry to only just be getting to this, I have been away on my honeymoon. It's with traditional smoked trout, although I am sure it would also be delicious with hot smoked trout in any case. I assume this answer is too late, sorry for this and hope it all went well. Rosie x
