Very important question: have you tried freezing those hash browns yet??!!
They didn't last long enough I'm afraid!!! Fairly sure they would be fine to freeze once fried (try saying that really quickly) x
I'm going to have to give these a go then when I have a free weekend and my freezer stash of the frozen ones is depleted!
