Hi everyone! It’s only a bloody recipe round up! And it’s all my best veggie/vegan recipes! Before we get into this most verdant and veggie of selections, I’ve got some exciting news. I’m doing a pop up!
To give January a bit of life and warmth, I’m cooking up an intimate dinner party of all of my most cosy dishes at the cosiest dining room in London at Boundary Shoreditch on 24th January.

Ok, now on to the green and good stuff. I don’t know about you but at this time of year I always try and reduce my meat intake and consciously eat more veg. Christmas is always a really meaty time, I ate ham every day for about 2 weeks straight this year, and while I love that for me, I always feel like I need to dial it back a bit in the first few months of the year. Not least for my gut health but also for the environment. SO I wanted to share a selection of my favourite veggie recipes from the archive organised by helpful categories to suit moods, occasions, needs.
I will reiterate what I say in the archive - I include parmesan and the like in veggie dishes, so if you are strict vegetarian please bare that in mind.
